| Centre 1000 | ||||
| The six-storey, 60,000 square foot building is located on Centre Street North and attempts to provide a much needed relief to the street scape by its substantial setback, terraced articulation, and extensive landscaping. The ground floor includes the lobby and 8,000 square feet of retail; underground there are three levels of parking to accommodate 85 cars. Special glazing details and landscaped roof deck offer alternatives to the conventional smaller office retail space prevalent in the marketplace. |

| 5th Avenue Place Entrance | ||||
| Part of a two phase project, the East and West entrances of this tower were designed to visually open the lobby to the street with new finishes in the entrance and elevator lobbies. The new entrances create vitality in these spaces and improve market appeal of the complex. All work was done while maintaining full operation of the building. | ![]() |
