| The Square incorporates a 16 storey apartment building as well as a 10 storey office building with 2 levels of underground parking stalls. This mixed use complex shares a public amenity space on the second floor with a pool/whirlpool, tennis court and urban landscape garden. |

| The Huntsman | ||||
| This project consists of 67 condominium units in a 13 storey tower with related parking structure and recreational amenities. The variations in the suite/balcony configurations compliments the exterior massing and allows for a uniqueness between suites. |

| Odyssey Series | ||||
| These innovative residential towers consist of 147 suites in three glass towers of staggered heights, including two storey penthouse suites and two levels of structured parking, as well as intensive roof landscaping. |

| Southland Apartments | ||||
| This project was designed to be Calgary's first multi-use, comprehensively designed suburban complex occupying 11.85 acres. Major functions included in the design are 2 office buildings, a 300 room hotel, 4 apartment buildings, cinemas, health/recreation club, retail space and 2100 car underground parking structure. |

| Polo Terrace | ||||
| Located in the downtown area, Polo Terrace is a wood framed 4½ storey condominium project. All penthouse units have vaulted ceilings complete with lofts which overlook the central living rooms. The project, constructed by Avion Construction, was inhabitable 8½ months after construction began. |

| Westmount Place | ||||
| This project was designed with the lower floors stepping back to create landscape decks and improved light penetration to the streetscape. The residential tower accommodates 159 luxury apartment suites. The recreation and health facilities consist of squash and racquet ball courts, swimming pool/whirlpool, exercise room, steam and a sauna rooms, as well as shower/locker facilities. All parking is underground accommodating 180 cars. Retail/office space is available on the first four floors only. |
